Nora enjoys looking well-put-together, which is probably why she has no problem sticking to the dress code at work. “I don’t like to wear clothes that are too revealing. I put on whatever is comfortable and not too tight!” She works as a contract administrator, and tells us that she loves her job because of the great colleagues she gets to work with, and enjoys a good work-life balance as well. However, one thing she dreads, she jokingly says, is the mandatory fire drills she has to participate in because of the multiple flights of stairs she has to travel down from her office — all the way up on the 38th floor. Nora’s advice to people who are just entering the working world is to “never feel like you’re entitled to something”. “To achieve great things, you must work hard and smart.” she says. Nora also tries to live her life by the philosophy of appreciating what you have, and would like to live that out by volunteering at an orphanage somewhere around the world if she could do anything she wanted to.
