Kevin was pretty much destined to be a designer, even from a young age. “I’ve always been interested in Art and Design in general. As I grew older, I had a stronger interest in our physical environment, which led to my interest in pursuing spatial design as my job.” Given that spaces are his niche, Kevin’s lucky that his current office layout is pretty close to his ideal. “It’s an open-concept office that promotes interaction with my colleagues easily,” he says. “Plus, it has a nice aesthetic.” With an office in the CBD area, Kevin says he is spoilt for choice when he has to decide where to go for lunch, and is kind enough to list a couple of his favourites. “There are so many dining options available, ranging from the local food in Hong Lim hawker centre to somewhere more fancy like &Sons,” he says. “It really depends on the cravings for the day.” Off work, Kevin saves his quality time for his wife. “The weekends are too short for the time we get to spend with each other.”
