Be Present

Any new year’s resolutions?
Be more organised (laughs) and just enjoy every moment, be present, and be grateful for what we have. It’s a very simple resolution. Other than that, I guess to exercise more too. I was already exercising last year but I’d like to keep it up. I learnt how to ski last year and I’m going to go skiing again in March.

What have you been reading lately?
The book I’ve been reading talks about putting in effort, as opposed to relying on talent. Actually putting in a lot of effort can allow you to achieve your goals, as compared to relying on talent without putting in any effort.

If you could wear one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A little black dress.

People don’t know this, but…
I hardly brush my hair…maybe once a month? (laughs)

Best decision ever:
Traveling to South America, solo. By traveling solo, you discover beautiful places around the world and at the same time, discover so much about yourself.

Best piece of advice I’ve ever received:
While climbing Machu Picchu in the rain, a wise man told me: Galuh, sometimes in life, you just have to keep going. He was right.
