Factory Girl

Having driven down from Kuala Lumpur with her boyfriend for only a couple of hours, we were lucky to have spotted Shermaine, big smile and all. Casually dressed in a breezy midi dress, her accessories – oversized tortoiseshell sunnies, leopard print T-strap flats and subtle hints of her tattoos (one of her pet Shih Tzu) – did all the talking. Shermaine is obsessed with Andy Warhol, Edie Sedgwick and all the legendary happenings that took place in the Factory. “I need to know the crazy things they did in the Silver Factory; I love stories about passionate people who love passionately in anything they do.”
