Do you enjoy your work as a User Researcher and UX Consultant?
Very much. My work is focused on user-centered design and involves helping organisations learn more about their end-users and developing better products and services for them.

Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I’ve never drunk coffee in my life; I don’t like the smell of it. I drink tea, hot chocolate, or water—anything but coffee. I also studied sign language because I had a friend in university who could lip read, so I could communicate with her normally, but she would have to type for me to understand what she was telling me.

Tell us about your most memorable trip.
I went skydiving during a trip to the United States. I did an AFF (accelerated free fall)—I dived with two instructors next to me, but when I pulled the parachute, I was on my own.

Best decision I’ve ever made:
Prioritising experiences over material possessions.

Something people don’t know about me:
I’m camera shy.

Wildest thing I’ve done:
Agreeing to be on Shentonista! (laughs)
