Good-naturedly proclaiming her outfit was PAP-inspired, Caroline’s white-on-white blouse and shorts ensemble was a much-appreciated respite that sweltering afternoon. Adhering strictly to red and white, she balances the lightness of her clothes with a chunkier platform sandal that deftly pulls the look together. A great example of how one can be totally relaxed and not compromised one bit on style, Caroline’s little act of patriotism was also something that tickled our fancy.
