Fact Or Fiction

Lynsey draws style inspiration from the ’50’s, favouring a classic silhouette with a nipped-in waist, “nothing too trendy”. While we caught her in a striped sleeveless top, a midi skirt and suitably classy heels, all in black and white, Lynsey says she also likes green, turquoise, and red. Originally from the UK, Lynsey is here with her boyfriend for work, and is taking this chance to explore the region as well. She lists travelling as one of her favourite things to do; she went to Phuket in March, and will be heading to Sri Lanka in August. Japan is also another dream destination. In between, it appears that she’s been exploring our neighbourhoods with the expertise of a local — she loves the hokkien mee in Whampoa Market, and was heading to Tiong Bahru for the evening when we met her. When she does settle down, however, it’s always with a book. Her favourite type? “Fiction, always fiction.”
