Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I like travelling alone, because you don’t have to follow someone else’s schedule, and you can visit the places you want to. Most of the people I travel with are early risers, but I don’t like waking up early, or having to get ready in a rush in the morning.

Where have you travelled to?
I recently came back from a two-week trip to Europe with my mum. We went to quite a few places like Paris and London, but my favourite place was Rome. I studied art history, so I was interested to see the medieval art and architecture.

If you had to live alone in another part of the world, where would you go?
Korea. I’ve been there a few times, so I’m quite familiar with the place. It’s relatively safe, and I enjoy the food a lot.

What’s a dish that best describes you?
Mala (spicy) hotpot, because I like spicy food, and it’s actually very nice even though it looks scary at first—like me! (laughs) People say I look unapproachable when I don’t smile, but I’m really quite a friendly person.

When is your next trip abroad?
That’s in October, when I’ll be going to Taiwan by myself. I haven’t planned my itinerary yet, but I’ve heard a lot of great things about Taiwan.
