Pearls might sound too demure and old-fashioned for some, but Uliana offsets her string of pearls with a pleated leather skirt and basic grey top. We love how she’s opted for something a bit more daring than the conventional pencil or A-line skirt; it’s not very often that we see leather in workwear. There’s a mixture of femininity, edge, and an easygoing je ne sais quoi that we can’t help but be drawn to, and while she says that flats are her lunchtime alternative to her usual high heels, we think they’re the perfect thing to dress down her look a little.“My style is usually comfortable, and quite feminine,” she says. “I’m usually in skirts or dresses.” The Russian native has been working in Singapore for just 8 months, and says of her experience: “So far, so good.”
