Tell us about yourself!
I was born in Dublin, Ireland, and I moved from Paris to Singapore with my husband and Lexi, my sweet dog, nearly 8 years ago. We wanted a new life adventure in Asia and we ended up staying!

Tell us more about Lexi!
Lexi, my sweet papillon, is ten years old and is a wonderful companion: tenacious and sociable with a huge heart of paw hugs. She’s named after Lexi Thompson, a golfer who has proven her own tenacity. I’m a great supporter of the success of women in all sports and fields, especially golf, soccer, basketball, and non-traditional women sports.

Can you tell us about an experience that has changed the way you live your life?
My partner and I were preparing to move our lives to Shanghai in March 2023 when my cancer relapsed. Life is a journey with twists and turns, but I have been blessed with my big love, my ever-constant, my rock, Fred, who has been with me on this rollercoaster from Europe to USA to Singapore for 22 years and counting!

These days, I buy myself a new Les Georgettes bracelet after every chemotherapy session, so as you can imagine, I have a lot of those—they represent hope for me. To others who are going through difficult times, I would say, “Be kind to yourself. Accept help. Stay humble. Love yourself. Learn to love better. Never give up on your dreams!”

What’s one thing you’re currently looking forward to?
I’m looking forward to picking up the pieces of my old self and putting myself back together as an even better, kinder person.
