With her sweet, effervescent personality and endearing good looks, Jo-An was impossible to miss. In a dress that looks like a top and skirt at first glance, she layers it beneath a tailored, navy jacket that’s spruced up with an embroidered, military-inspired brooch. Injecting dashes of gold with her sculptural-looking ring and watch, she manages a neat balance between style and professionalism.
