A Brew And A View

I’m working in creative marketing now, but I used to work in interior design.
I decided to change fields because I wanted to try something new, and to add something to my portfolio. I do have a goal to start my own business in the future. My sister works in specialty teas, and I’m currently working with a café, so it’ll probably be something in F&B.

Describe the ideal setting for your business—what would it be like?
It’ll be a chill place with minimal seating, but I don’t know if it would survive in Singapore with the way rental costs are. I’d serve tea and coffee, and some light bites like pastries. I’d also like to learn how to make bread.

If there was one type of bread that best describes you, what would it be?
Rye. It’s a bit of an acquired taste, you either like it or you don’t.

Describe your dream home:
In the forest, or by the beach. It’s always between the two for me, but I’m leaning more towards the forest because I love plants and trees.

If you could live in a movie, which would it be?
Drive. I really enjoyed the setting and mood of it; it’s one of my favourite movies.

What’s a skill you’d like to have?
I’d like to be able to play the piano, or any musical instrument.
