Why did you make the move to Singapore?
I wanted to visit Asia, and Singapore is a really dynamic place where a lot of interesting people from all around the world gather. I like the rooftops and sky bars, and the fact that I can also travel around Asia easily. I’ve been to Gardens by the Bay a few times; I really love it. I usually head down to Haji Lane for drinks and tapas.

What’s your go-to boulangerie here?
Pantler on Telok Ayer street has one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever eaten!

You mentioned travelling in Asia, where have you been to?
I spent a month travelling around Philippines last year. I went to Palawan for its secluded beaches and trekked through the stunning Rice Terraces in Banaue. It was wonderful! The beautiful landscapes are still quite remote. I’m also planning on travelling to the Perhentian Islands off the east coast of Malaysia soon.

What would you be if you were an alcoholic drink?
Beer! I’m from the northern region of France, where a traditional alcohol beverage is beer.

What would you recommend to people heading to France?
Definitely head to Paris or the South of France. My favourite place in Paris is the beautiful grounds of Le Jardin de Luxembourg—it’s perfect for taking a relaxing walk. I used to live in Odeon, near Saint-Germain-des-Prés. It’s definitely one of the best neighbourhoods in Paris.
