Black Swan

Always happy to catch a familiar face, we were delighted to spot Charlie a second time. Looking pretty, she manages to deftly balance the cuteness of her top and gathered skirt by keeping the outfit a consistent black. She was on her way to the post office to drop off some christmas gifts for the kids in Cambodia when we spotted her.
