Looking irresistibly cute in her party hat and birthday ensemble, Chloe was a refreshing break from the usual. In an all-white get-up replete with lace details, the little girl looked as pretty and sweet as a vanilla cupcake. With a felt, floral brooch and fuchsia sandals adding those definitive pops of colour, it is no surprise Chloe’s favourite hue is pink and favourite toy, the Barbie doll. She just turned five.
