Tell us what you do!
I’m from Chongqing, China. I came to Singapore for my education, mainly to experience a different learning environment and culture. I’m currently studying nursing at Nanyang Polytechnic. I want to take care of my family and patients. It’s been great so far!

What do you enjoy doing in your down time?
I picked up skateboarding a year ago. I learned it by myself. Sometimes I would go to the skate park at Somerset. It’s a great place to meet people. I also enjoy shopping and going to the movies with my friends (laughs). My favourite movie is Pride and Prejudice. I like romantic movies because they spread happiness and the love portrayed is so beautiful. Who doesn’t love beautiful things?

What’s your favourite food?
Laksa! But at home, I just cook instant noodles (laughs).

How have the last two years been for you?
I miss my family very much. We video chat often to stay connected. I’m planning to visit once we can travel.

How do you get fashion inspirations?
Social media like Instagram and Xiaohongshu. 

What are some current and future goals?
I’m looking forward to graduating at the moment. When I’m able to, I want to learn drawing and fashion design. I’ve tried sketching before but I don’t think they’re nice (laughs).

What is your life motto?
Stay simple, stay naive.
