You mentioned you used to be an art teacher—why the career switch?
I felt that school was a very sheltered environment and there were a lot of things I couldn’t do. I was looking for something more challenging.

I’m extremely fond of dogs.
I have a dog named Orange. I find myself doing everything revolving around her!

Something people don’t really know about me:
I enjoy my visits to the dentist! I think it is necessary and I feel that it is a very enjoyable process if you find the right dentist. 

Guilty pleasures:
A lot of junk food!

A challenge I’ve overcome:
I hardly drive in Singapore but I rented a car in Japan and I went around in it. It was something new and interesting to me, and it was a challenge because I had to familiarise myself with the roads.
