In Moderation

I’m a Singaporean with Taiwanese roots.
I miss the sense of community and the human touch back home. Growing up, we often spent weekends out in nature with my aunty, uncle, and cousins. I don’t remember going into a mall as a child, and I miss that.

I collect:
Memories, by capturing good moments in a photo or a small note.

If you could do anything you wanted to, what would it be and why?
Making healthy meals for my family and friends. I am learning the importance of eating well, and I would like to take time to learn more about it.

What are some dishes you like to make?
I like to cook Thai food. My favourite dish is Larb Gai, which is a spicy minced chicken salad.

What are some of your guilty pleasures?
Steamboats, wine, and gin and tonics.

If you could invite three people, living or dead to a fantasy dinner party, who would you invite and why?
My late Taiwanese grandma, I’d love to chat with her again and be in her arms. I would also invite either two of my aunties or a cousin to this dinner.
