Multi-hued Explorer

It was hard to miss this vibrant young lady dressed in a rainbow printed dress with a very interesting effect – it looks like knit, but it’s actually a clever trompe-l’œil effect. Her bag, a tote with a croc-print pattern, added a contrast horizontal dimension to her vertically-striped dress. Bernice, who works in insurance, was initially wary of our intentions when we approached her – an occupational hazard, as she later explained! She soon warmed up to share with us her current passions, which include her love for scuba diving and travelling. “I enjoy satisfying my wanderlust and seeing the world. I also love diving. It’s really tranquil being underwater as one gets awed by the magnificence of this other world that we’re rarely acquainted with.”
