Sheer Summer Genius

Michaela describes her personal style as an “endless summer”. “I’ve been living in the Tropics for the past four years, in Papua New Guinea and now Singapore,” she explained, “It has definitely had a strong influence on my style preferences.” To combat the humid weather, she paired a sheer shirtdress with strappy sandals and finished with a messy top knot. Her canvas bag belies her sense of humour – a most cheeky print of “Oba Mao” is silk-screened on it. An outdoorsy type, Michaela is currently training for a half marathon and spends her weekends alternating between wakeboarding, scuba diving, yoga, surfing, running – phew, that’s a long list. “I also just tried paddle boarding for the first time at East Coast Park recently,” she shared. “It was great fun!”
