Take Pride

One piece of advice I’d give to anyone who’s just starting work:
Be open and ready to learn all that’s coming your way. Build relationships and be willing to work hard, even if the task is beyond your job scope. Be a team player as well, as that will benefit your career in the long run.

Something people don’t really know about me:
I love to travel around and take short getaways whenever I’m free. I went to Europe last month, and also headed to Bangkok for a short weekend getaway. For the recent Europe trip, I travelled to London, Amsterdam, and Paris. My favourite part was the afternoon high tea session that I had with my best friends on a vintage London bus, which brought us around central London to soak in some of the city’s best sights.

Has your personal style changed over time?
Recently, I’ve been wearing outfits that are more suited to my personality. I don’t want to force it and be dressed in something that I wouldn’t naturally wear, or feel uncomfortable in. 

Favourite item in my wardrobe:
The coat that I got from Burberry.

I’ll never be caught dead wearing:
A singlet. I’d wear that to the beach or in summer during my travels, but just not in Singapore.
