For One Another

What are some of your hobbies?
I play quite a few instruments—piano, keyboard, and guitar. I play in bands and jam too. Recently, I’ve been listening to more Chinese songs and a lot of JJ Lin’s music. I think he’s really talented.

My most memorable trip:
Recently, I went to Portugal. It’s a really interesting country and I feel not many people visit it. We went there to see my husband’s uncle, who’s Portuguese. I got to see a lot of cultural differences and try different food as well. The seafood there is really nice.

If you could rewrite history, what’s one thing you’d like to change?
The social status between men and women, especially how women were treated in the past.

Two people who have inspired me:
My dad—he’s responsible, treats people with kindness, and inspires me to be a caring person. And my husband—he motivates me to become a better person.

If you could have a superpower, what superpower would you choose and why?
The power of invisibility. I can do anything I want to do and go anywhere I’d like to go.

If you could deliver a speech to the world, what would you say?
Treat each other with kindness and care for one another more.
