Alisa is a sight for sore eyes on this searing hot afternoon in this rich, sea-blue dress that’s perfect for her skin tone. The girl definitely knows how to keep cool, pairing the breezy dress with a pair of strappy, fuss-free sandals, and a thin belt to cinch the waist. She adds some contrast to the feminine look, however, with a chunky, almost-masculine watch. It seems like getting hands on is something that Alisa’s quite into, at the moment; she handmade the delicate necklace that she’s wearing, and we caught her just before she was about to go for a floral arranging workshop.
