"It's a luxury to switch my brain off and not talk to anyone. If not, then I'll most likely be spending time with my friends or family over a hearty meal or drinks. I always believe that if someone or something matters and is important, you will make time. So, it’s really not about having time — it’s about making time." Juliana says.
“Strictly prioritise and allocate your days. You'll be able to slot in your different appointments easily once you have a basic schedule,” Elaine says. “Also, in the midst of the chaos, allocate personal time for yourself.”
"I dress obsessively in monochromatics, mostly blacks and whites," Dennis says. " Some days I also try to mix in a bit of print or colour to feel less manic-oppressive."
