Something Singaporean that’s closest to Pat’s heart? “I was deliberating between chicken rice and Lee Kuan Yew, to be honest,” she says.

“When I first started out, you had to earn your right to learn, and I think if you gun for that, then you become a better professional.”

“Balance comes from loving the job,” Pat says.

Pat’s advice? “Fall, and fall hard and well.” If failure is the key to success, then Pat says she’s got it down.
