Togged in a blue-on-blue get-up, Ken channels that bit of texan outback with his saddle boots while keeping the rest of his look streamlined with his snugly fitting shirt and jeans in the shade of denim. An urban planner, Ken feels the need to enrich the local landscape from a cultural perspective and was in the area collecting survey data at Boat Quay when we met him.
