Finding Her Wings

Tell us about your job as a cabin crew member—was it something you always wanted to do?
I actually came across it by chance. It was the first thing I saw at the job fair. I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do, but I took a chance and applied, and I’ve been doing this for six months now.

What’s the most interesting encounter you’ve had on board a flight?
I’d say it’s having to interact with children. Each child has a different personality, so seeing how they react to air pressure, and watching their parents take care of them makes for a unique learning experience every time.

Are there any places you’d like to travel to?
Egypt. You rarely see people post travel pictures from Egypt on social media, so it’s somewhere I’d want to see, especially the deserts.

If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Potatoes!

What animal best describes you?
A kangaroo, because they’re really lazy. When I’m not flying for work, I spend most of my time at home, watching movies.

What’s a movie you’d recommend to people?
I just recently watched The Kissing Booth. I don’t know if I’d recommend it to others, but it’s good for people who enjoy romantic movies.
