Fridays are for simple, casual and comfortable get-ups; Candice shows just how to do it right. Throwing on a classic white shirt – oversized – over a pair of dark skinnies, Celine added a pop of colour in the form of her red hot Celine tote. For a bit of shine, she included silver-toned accessories such as her studded Hermes cuff, her watch and her point-toe pumps. Candice cites bloggers Man Repeller, Song of Style and It-girl Alexa Chung as some of her style influencers and likens her personal style to being whimsical and edgy on top of classic. Her favourite recent read is “Grotesque” a Japanese crime novel by Natsuo Kirino. “It talks about the struggles of Japanese women in its highly hierarchical society who seek to have power and control in their own lives,” Candice shared. “It’s a great read- dark and slightly morbid, just the way I like it.”
