Something people don’t really know about me:
I love to travel, a lot. I’m Malaysian, so I like to go back to my hometown. I’m always in and out of Singapore, and I enjoy the idea of traveling because it gets me out of my usual comfort zone. I usually like to zone out when I travel, listen to music, and I will just take the bus; it’s quite simple actually.

Best decision I’ve ever made:
Going to Europe at the age of 21. It was just me and two other girls, and we were supposed to travel for 14 days across three countries—France, Amsterdam, and Denmark. But because we took a wrong train, we ended up going to four countries instead—the  additional one was Germany.

That must’ve been quite an adventure.
Yes it was. When we were about to head over to Amsterdam, we took the wrong train and ended up in Germany. From there we had to take a train back to Amsterdam. We thought that we were going to spend a bomb just to get back to Amsterdam, but the guy was nice enough—he just swopped our tickets, so we managed to travel to Germany for free, basically. That was nice.

What’s the most exciting thing you’ve ever done?
I would say that it’s usually during my travels that I’m the most spontaneous. When I was in Europe, I chanced upon this park that had this public dancing area, so everybody joined in. I’m not a dancer myself and I’m not very into big crowds, but the people there were very welcoming, so you feel like you want to take part.

If you could live in a book, what would it be and why?
It’s very clichéd, but I would say Harry Potter, because I want to live in the world of Hogwarts, and know how it feels like to have magic…and meet Harry Potter himself and Voldemort!
