Tell us about yourself—what do you do?
I’m a hairstylist. I’ve been in this line of work for very long; I like being able to help people change their appearance because it can change their outlook on life and make them more confident.

What’s something you’d like to spend more time doing?
Travelling. My favourite things to do when travelling are trying new dishes and going shopping!

Where are your favourite places to visit?
Korea, Japan, and Taiwan—I mostly travel around the region; being culturally similar to other Asian countries makes things easier.

What’s a quote or a piece of advice that you live by?
To carry out every task with purpose, no matter how small it is.

If there was to be a movie of your life, which actor would you want to play you, and why?
This might give away my age, but I’d say Brigitte Lin, or Maggie Cheung. I love that they have such poise and charisma.
