What do you like to do in your free time?
I’ve been exercising more recently. I was previously doing HIIT workouts, but I’ve recently switched to weight training to strengthen my muscles and build up my metabolism.
How do you incorporate your fitness regimen into your lifestyle?
I work flexible hours, so I’ll usually work out in the morning since most of my appointments are in the afternoon. Unless I’m travelling, I make it a point to work out on the weekends.
What’s one thing you’ve learned from your years at work?
That it’s important to take it easy sometimes, and that some things can’t be forced. The only things we’re in control of are how we feel, how we speak to others, and how we internalise things.
If I had a million dollars:
I’d put the bulk of it into property and investments. There are a lot of things I’d like to spend my money on, but now that I’m older, I have to spend it more responsibly.

Fun, cheerful, and sometimes sporty.
