Tell us about yourself—what do you do?
I’m studying in the United Kingdom, but I visit Singapore often because my best friend and boyfriend are working here. I’m studying Special Education.

What about Special Education interests you?
I’m passionate about helping autistic children, especially back home in Indonesia. Special Education isn’t well-established yet in Indonesia, so I want to spread awareness about it, because people with mental health issues and intellectual disabilities are often stigmatised and prejudiced against.

Have you lived in other places?
I have! I attended high school in Singapore, and I went to the United States to do my undergraduate degree in Boston, and now I’m pursuing my master’s in the United Kingdom.

Which has been your favourite place to live in?
Boston, because it was my home for four years. It was very cold there, but I just stayed in all the time and made my home cozy. I don’t go out a lot, I like staying in with friends and watching movies or shows.
