What’s a dish that best describes you?
Revenge. (laughs) I kid! Probably the Szechuan Dan Dan Noodles (dry) from Tian Bao at Ngee Ann City because its flavours are so incredibly balanced, and it gives so much comfort it blows my mind—I’m almost a little too much of everything but just almost.

If someone were to offer you an unlimited supply of something, what would you ask for?
Time. To spend with the people I love, to do the things I enjoy, and to learn to just chill out.

Which celebrity chef would you most like to fix you a meal?
Will from Super Deluxe (a Youtube channel).

A philosophy or motto I live by:
I try to live for the highs and imagine I get second chances when facing situations that overwhelm me in order not to choke up.

If you could invite three people (living or dead) to your fantasy dinner party, who would you ask and why?
Firstly, Emilia Clarke because she has a beaming personality and defies traditional ideas of an ideal female body, which is awesome. Secondly, Hannah from Wine Mom because rosé all day. Lastly, Steven from Worth It because I’m a viable food hunt road trip candidate.
