What do you like about communications?
I like the nature of the job. Every day is different, every day is a challenge, and it’s very active. I’m never just seated down the whole week. I just came back from a meeting with an NUS professor whom we’re partnering with, to see how we can do a revamp for a corporate client. My boss also invests in our learning.

Was this something you always wanted to do?
It’s something I chanced upon in school, and realised that I wanted to do. I actually started my job in my last semester, and I can’t imagine myself doing anything else.

Something I’ve learnt from my job:
To never be afraid to just speak to people. It doesn’t come to me easily—I’m in between an introvert and extrovert, so I’ve learnt to be more open and to speak to people.

Aside from work:
Well, work takes up a lot of time (laughs). I exercise. I play football or run and other than that, maybe just hanging out with friends, outside of the CBD, because I’m already stuck here for so many hours!
