Quite An Egg-Ception

In caramel sneakers that we spotted from afar, Dickson was most affable when we approached him, smiling shyly and answering our questions with the utmost patience and politeness. One thing we learned about him – he’s crazy about eggs. “I like anything with eggs; they bring a magical touch to almost everything!” he enthused. His favourite home-cooked meal is thus, unsurprisingly, a good plate of carbonara. “It’s so hearty and simple,” Dickson explained. “The combination of egg yolk, cream, cheese and bacon is just magic!” He would share that cherished plate of pasta with his 6-year-old self. Any words of advice for his younger self then? “I would tell myself not to overeat, especially during recess time, and spend some time playing sports instead.”
