I can finish an entire loaf of bread in one sitting, usually in under 30 minutes! (laughs)
What drives and inspires you to continue to do what you do, day in and out?
My mum. She went through a lot bringing me up, so I’m working hard to give her the best. I want her to not have to worry about paying the bills, and to be able to travel whenever and wherever she wants.
What’s one thing you wish you had more time to be doing?
I used to paint ball-jointed dolls when I was still schooling; I’d love to do it again.
Tell us about the best decision you’ve ever made:
I think it was to start posting photos I took of food on Instagram. I’ve gotten many new opportunities from there and got to know many lovely people!
If you could only eat one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?
It’s so tough to pick just one! (laughs) But I guess I could live on salmon sashimi, because it has more nutrients compared to bread.
What’s a type of bread that best describes you and your personality?
Toast—because the world would be toast without me. (laughs)
