Slow Heat

I’m working in an administrative position, and it’s my first job since I graduated from polytechnic recently.
I studied Retail Management in Temasek Polytechnic, and I’d love to be in the fashion industry some day. I’d like to work in fashion design, but for now I’m just building up professional experience.

What are some labels or designers you look up to?
If it’s labels from overseas I like Monki, because it’s simple yet chic. As for local brands, I like Runway Bandits and also Camira Asrori—I like her sense of style.

We see that you’re also quite a fan of local brands—what do you like about them?
I feel like Singapore’s fashion industry is very small and not as established or well-known as those in other countries, so I like to support local labels when I find out about them.

Favourite TV shows:
America’s Next Top Model, and RuPaul’s Drag Race. I also like How I Met Your Mother; I’m a fan of comedy and drama.

What’s a food that represents you?
Chilli padi. I love spicy food, and one time I ate chilli padi with vanilla ice cream—it’s weird but I tried it out because I was curious.

If you could switch lives with anyone for a day, living or dead, who would it be?
