Something Blue

We love how Fiona’s all colour-coordinated — her shoes match her blouse, which in turn highlights her blue eyes, and she agrees that turquoise is one of her favourite colours to wear. She’s a fan of colour, actually, and says she’s “allergic to black”. “It just puts me in a bad mood! Plus it’s too hot to wear black in this heat.” Fiona says she dresses rather differently in the office and on her off days, choosing to be a bit more colourful and relaxed when she gets the opportunity to do so. Originally from the UK, Fiona has gotten used to the heat we have here but says that her hair, on the other hand, is “not very happy”. “I miss the seasons and the changes in weather that they bring. Over here it’s just different shades of hot and wet!” Fiona is unceasingly charming and friendly, and she protests in mock horror when we move on to photograph her shoes. “They’re the most uncomfortable shoes ever! I must have looked ridiculous when you stopped me — I was walking like an idiot trying not to hurt my feet.”
