The Family Man

How often does one see a trench coat worn on our streets, and with the recent heat waves, no less? In comes No’man: exuding a calm confidence, he undoubtedly knows how to pull his looks together, looking dapper and fresh in this layered outfit. “Everything I’m wearing today is practically brand new,” he confides. “My family just went on a shopping spree over the weekend, and I just couldn’t wait to try on my new purchases.” Since we last met, No’man has grown in his company, taking on the position of a regional manager for real estate. “I’ve been the facilities manager for a decade, so this is really a natural progression.” Though he enjoys the industry and his job, No’man harbours dreams of being in showbiz or theatre. The seeds of his interest were sown when he was still a student in Polytechnic. “I was involved in theatre then, both on the stage and behind the scenes. I really enjoyed it, but dropped the idea of pursuing it professionally because of practical reasons.” While No’man may consider revisiting his old hobby in the future, he is now focused on the present and the people who matter most to him. “I spend all my free time with my wife and daughter. We can do anything, really; it doesn’t matter as long as we’re together.”
