Tell us about yourself!
Hi, I’m Elle. I’m a student, and I’m also a model signed with Basic Models.

I just came from work! I was working at an event with my friend Maryam. It’s a pop-up booth for Naked Glory, which is a vintage watch brand. It’s just a one-time gig.

What do you like to do in your free time?
Honestly, not really much. I’m very boring, leh! (laughs) I just like to doomscroll and play with my cat.

On the weekends, Maryam and I hang out and have sleepovers at each other’s houses. We call them “Ugly Fridays”. We just look super chopped and laze around at home.

Sleepovers are so underrated!
Right? People grow out of them, but we really love doing sleepovers.

So, how has 2026 been for you so far?
This year has been a rollercoaster for me. I was working full-time, then I quit my job and started freelancing, and then I joined my modelling agency. I also broke up with my ex. I’ve just been hustling, doing a lot of side quests, and going overseas and stuff! I just went on a trip with some of my really good friends too.

It’s been a very hectic year, but I’ve been very happy. It’s very different from the previous years. Previously, it was just school, school, school, and then work, work, work. This year has just been a year of nonsense and fun, lah. I’ve never been this broke. (laughs)

For the rest of the year, I’m hoping to squeeze in another trip.

We love that for you! How has modelling been so far?
It’s been very fun! It’s a bit slower for me because I have tattoos, and Singaporean clients are still not very open to that, but I just did a runway show for Orchard Road Fashion Week.
