With her statuesque height and unconventional sense of style, Maggie was easy to spot in the crowd. The Chinese native was here on her second visit to Singapore, paying her boyfriend a visit, although she says that the weather is “too hot” and is something she’s still trying to get used to. She finds her style inspiration from Japan, and is togged in mainly Japanese brands today. There is definitely a distinct look about her outfit that can be pegged to the land of kawaii; the long checkered cardigan, perhaps, or the little bow clipped onto her hair. The same goes for the colour-blocked bag with just a pop of red to complement her mainly-blue outfit. It seems that Maggie also has no qualms about mixing high-fashion and high-street brands to create a look that is uniquely hers. She usually goes shopping at Orchard Road when she’s in town, but it seems like she has a penchant for lesser-known brands as well.
