Tell us something interesting about yourself.
I travel a lot. I go to pretty exotic places, like Russia and Tibet, and diving in the Maldives and Morocco. The most exotic place I’ve been to would be Russia—I really liked the culture, and it was my first time seeing falling snow. I rolled naked in the snow too! It was extremely cold, but it’s something of a tradition there—you go into a sauna and warm yourself up, and then you run outside and roll in the snow before heading back into the sauna.

If you could be any colour, what would you be and why?
Yellow. It’s very vibrant and full of energy.

You have a couple of tattoos—what do they mean to you?
I have one on my back that says, “This too shall pass”. I was going through a difficult time when I came across the phrase. I think it’s very meaningful because it applies to both good and bad things—nothing lasts so you have to seize the moment.

What’s one place you want to travel to?
South Africa—I want to see the Big Five animals on the safari.

If you could be an animal, what would you choose and why?
Maybe an eagle, so I could fly anywhere I wanted to and just soar through the sky.

Guilty pleasures:
I love French fries. My friends know that I will never pass up the chance to eat fries—they even gave me a bag and t-shirt that says “Fries Before Guys” for my birthday. (laughs)
