Have a little fun with the festive colours of the season. We love the richness of these burgundy and emerald hues; though we don’t have a white Christmas here in Singapore, they still conjure up visions of convivial gatherings, extravagant feasts, and joyful carols. The two go surprisingly well together, but also work on their own as well. When it comes to accessorising with these shades, warm or neutral tones work well—think tan, dark brown, beige, or nude. Whether it’s bringing a little Christmas spirit to the workplace, or for a subtle take for a themed party dinner, it’s no wonder why these colours have withstood the test of time.
