Here's a look at what went on behind the scenes of Shentonista's latest collaboration with The Business Times.

Samantha’s advice for a happy career? “Enjoy what you do, and don't be afraid to ask questions.”

Samuel’s days are long and busy, but when he has the chance, he prefers to take his work home with him instead of having the sun go down on him in the office.

Fiona believes that at her job, she can do something everyday, in big or small ways, that is meaningful to someone else.

“When I was fresh in the industry, I just thought of starting my own studio one day," Yong says.

Pat’s advice? “Fall, and fall hard and well.” If failure is the key to success, then Pat says she’s got it down.

“Treat everyone as someone who can be of a source of knowledge and experience, even someone who is younger or more junior than you.”

Alexis is a full-time lawyer with part-time side projects.

“I get a sense of fulfilment, pride, and satisfaction when I am able to assist someone, and hopefully make their day.

YC has high hopes for his next development, a reimagined office space called The Working Capitol.

“I very much wanted to be part of an intimate collective, where everybody's individual voices could be heard and efforts recognized,” Charmaine says.
