What prompted you to become part of the wellness industry?
I believe that with the right skills and first hand experience, I can help those who are looking for better balance in life. For all the services I offer now, I use the methods that have helped me in my own self-healing journey.
Are there any stereotypes you’d like to debunk about the wellness industry?
You don’t need to make extreme life changes to become more spiritual. For me, it’s really about having better self-awareness and learning how to make small changes in order maintain balance in both mind and body.
What’s the biggest thing you’ve learnt about yourself in the past year?
Realising that my strength lies in understanding someone’s needs and knowing how to offer methods that are suitable for each individual.
A book that left a great impact on you is:
Michelle Obama’s Becoming.
If you had the chance to time travel, what’s a time period you’d travel back to?
Bali will always have a special place in my heart. I started both my fashion accessories business and wellness business after my trips there.
