How did you start doing what you’re doing today?
It was a family friend who offered me a job many years ago. I tried it out as a part-time intern, but eight and a half years later, I’ve progressed and am now in the same business line.

If you could be a member of any TV sitcom family, who would you be and why?
I would like to be part of the family from This Is Us. It’s basically a series about a couple who were expecting triplets but only two survived the delivery. At the same time, there was an abandoned African-American baby who was left at the hospital and they ended up adopting him. They’re a functional yet dysfunctional family and there’re just a lot of raw emotions in the show. At the end of the day, it’s pure unconditional love, despite not being of one blood.

If you had to live alone for the rest of your life, which place would you choose to live in and why?
My favourite place on earth is Bali, which is why my family owns a place there. I would love to live there.

Name two people that have inspired you, and why.
Victoria Beckham. She’s a celebrity and a superstar, but of course, we don’t know what her real story is. She’s a great businesswoman with great business acumen. She seems like she dotes on her family and also, she’s gorgeous! Secondly, it’ll have to be Lee Kuan Yew. I know it might sound lame but he actually brought up a nation to become so successful in a short period of time, with his strong, steel-like manner and objective-driven character.

If you had to visit a psychiatrist, what would he/she say you suffer from?
I think it’ll be that I always have the need to please and make other people happy. (laughs)
