Share with us something not many people might not know about you.
I’m 21—a lot of people think I’m a lot older. I started working since I was 17 to support my schooling. I started out by working at a street label, and I tried many different industries after that—event management, marketing, etc—before I decided to come back to fashion. I think I’ll always be doing something fashion-related, even if I change professions in the future.

What first got you interested in fashion?
I used to watch a lot of DIY channels on YouTube, and that was how it started. I once cut up my bedsheet and stitched the fabric together to make a pair of shorts.

How do you usually style your outfits?
There’s always a focal point. For today, it’s my shoes, so I’ve kept the rest of my outfit simpler to draw attention to them. Otherwise, I tend to wear oversized clothing a lot.

Is there an ongoing fashion trend that you’d like to get rid of?
Recently, I’ve seen more people with the Dior saddle bag, and I think the shape of it really looks like a liver.

We noticed you have a few tattoos inked on you—tell us about the next tattoo you have in mind.
I’ve actually already gotten a friend to sketch it out for me. It’s an outline of a lady who’s blowing out smoke, but the smoke forms a silhouette of a man. There’s not much of a deeper meaning, I just like it aesthetically.

If you could live a day as any fictional character, who would you choose?
Max from 2 Broke Girls. She’s nonchalant, carefree, and doesn’t give a shit, which is the type of person I hope to be. I think I care too much about society and how they might judge me, and I want to learn to care less about it.
