Unlike most of the people we’ve spoken to, Paulina is happy to admit that she follows trends, but still tries to keep it simple at the same time. Citing Alexa Chung and Pernille Teisbaek as her current style inspirations, she likes to add a twist to her outfit — as seen in the way she wears trainers with an elegant skirt in her look here. “I don’t have problems with my work dress code as we have a great atmosphere at the company and my boss is a big fashion enthusiast,” she says. “We get to wear whatever we feel is appropriate — of course, nothing too cheeky, but that’s not my style anyways. I try my best not to be boring!” Falling under the category of “boring” are “too short, too revealing bandage dresses”, which she stays away from. “I know some people think it’s sexy and very flattering, but for me it’s been overdone, and for work, I find it especially inappropriate.” Paulina loves the creative side of her job, which allows her to come up with and implement her ideas, as well as the social side of it, which gives her the chance to meet interesting people and learn everyday. She also believes in being herself when it comes to work. “Trust your intuition, and do things you believe in,” she says. “Be good to yourself: work is important, but if it doesn’t make you happy, it’s not worth it. Experiment and learn. Live your dreams, and never give up.” If she wasn’t where she was, she’d like to indulge in her love of fashion by working at a fashion label, doing branding or marketing, or running a blog and vlog. “I wish that there would be more than 24 hours in a day,” Paulina says, so that she could do everything she wanted to. “But hey, we all have the same amount of time as Beyoncé!”
