If you had to be stranded on a desert island, what are some things you’d bring with you?
A book, a bottle of water, and maybe sunglasses or a hat.

What’s the last thing you read that you’d recommend to someone?
Tuesdays With Morrie by Mitch Albom—I like that it brings me down to earth and reminds me to appreciate the little things in life, and to value life beyond just looking at the negatives.

What are some other books that have had an impact on you?
There’s The Telomere Effect, which talks about why some people in their 50s look much younger, and how we can maintain our health. It’s quite a boring book, but it’s health-related so I read it.

If you could create an advertisement for yourself, what would the tagline be?
It’d probably be something like “Breathe, stay calm, be happy”!

What’s the best decision you’ve made?
I grew up in New Zealand, so I’d say the best decision I’ve made has been moving away from home to live in Hong Kong, which later took me to Singapore.

What’s something you always buy at the supermarket?
Oranges, because I like my Vitamin C! (laughs) I’m quite health-conscious—I usually eat light, eat a lot of vegetables, drink a lot of water, exercise, and meditate.
