What’s your spirit animal?
An alpaca. It’s pretty chill and gives off a happy vibe, which I think I do too most of the time.
What’s a superpower you’d like to have and how would you use it to help people?
Teleportation. I could deliver care packs or supplies to refugees and people in disaster zones.
You seem to be quite into fitness. Share with us a little more about that.
I used to be physically very weak. Then, about two and a half years ago, I started going for yoga classes and felt myself getting stronger three months into my practice, which was very encouraging. Since then, I’ve expanded my fitness routine to include other types of workouts. It surprises and motivates me at the same time when I can get into certain poses or survive strenuous classes because I never used to be able to do all that.
What’s a skill you’ve always wished to acquire?
The ability to pick up languages more easily. My ex-roommate can speak five languages fluently, and I’ve always been in awe of that. It’s between that, and knowing how to freestyle rap, just for the fun of it.
What life skills are rarely taught but extremely useful?
How to interpret non-verbal communication. People can say a lot without actually saying anything, and we’d be able to connect so much better with each other if we paid more attention to these messages.
